• Required Certifications: WI RN license and BLS

  • Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Shift Requirements: 12 hour shifts, D/N variable. 7p-730a and 7a-730p
  • Unit Overview (Patient ratio, Bed Size, etc.): 16 beds, nurse patient ratio varies by shift but typically nurse patient ratio typically typically 4-5 on days, 5-6 pm and 6-7 noc. 3 RN days, 3 on pms and 2 on nights
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum Experience: 2+ years Med Surg
    • Charting Experience: Epic - preferred
    • Unit Specific Skillset: Excellent assessment skills.
      • Schedule Information
      • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
      • Shift Requirements: 12 hour shifts, D/N variable. 7p-730a and 7a-730p
      • Weekend/Holiday: every other- every 3rd weekend, every other holiday
        • Unit Specific Information
