The role involves a caseload of 25% surgery and 75% trauma, requiring ATLS certification and experience with general surgery, vascular, orthopedic, neuro, and cardiovascular patients. Candidates must be proficient in chest tube insertion, central line placement, arterial line placement, and ventilation management.
