    • WI RN License
    • AHA BLS
    • Minimum 3 years experience REQUIRED
    • Minimum 2 years MS experience REQUIRED
    • Charting Experience: EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED
    • No New Travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift start times: 530p
      • Weekends: Every Weekend
      • Holidays: As needed
      • Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, Floating To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius
      • On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
        • Additional Details
        • M/S RN 5th floor - 12 hr nights (Every Weekend)
        • AUTO OFFER UNIT
        • **any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

        • Scrub Colors: Black
        • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
