    • Minimum Experience: 1-2 years previous Hospice experience.
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract Length: 13 weeks
      • Start Date: ASAP
      • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hrs
      • Shift Requirements: 8 hrs variable shifts primarily 0800am-0400pm
      • Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend/holiday, day shift on weekends with overnight on-call.
      • On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1x night weekly and every 3-4 weekends.

          • Additional Details
          • Radius Rule: Contractors must live outside a 50 mile radius.
          • Proof of Car insurance is required.
          • Charting: Remote client / EPIC.
          • Skills: RNs chart for changes in condition, head to toe assessments, phone calls received, death visits when a patient passes.
          • Scrubs: Any scrubs, must be clean and work appropriate.
