Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop customized treatment plans for patients.Implement evidence-based interventions to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.Provide -1 to 1 -patient-centered care with a focus on improving functional outcomes and quality of life.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: Requirements:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Strong clinical skills and proficiency in manual therapy techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.EOE#ch500
