Job Description:

Registered Nurse, Cardiac Progressive Care/Telemetry required for 13 weeks with 36 guaranteed hours per week.Key Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years IMC/PCU/Tele experience and 1 year strong cardiac experience required.
  • Experience with Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro Drips necessary.
  • EPIC charting experience and travel assignment completion required.Unit Details:
    • 44-bed intermediate cardiac stepdown with high patient turnover.
    • Fast-paced environment with post-op CABG/Valve, thoracotomy, Vascular, Arrhythmia, CHF, and Acute CP/MI patients.Requirements:
      • Ability to manage independently, complete tasks timely, and manage change well.
      • Willingness to float to all inpatient units and take call if wanted.Additional Details:
        • Contractors must be outside a 50-mile radius of Aspirus Wausau.
        • GSA hours not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
