Social Worker-Aspirus Wausau,
Contract Length: 13 weeks
--- Start Date: ASAP
--- Shift Requirements: 800-430 pm M-F, every 7th weekend
rotation
--- On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA
--- Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: Masters
Degree in Social Work (MSW) and WI License
--- Minimum Experience: 1 yrs experience in social services and
counseling in a hospital acute care setting with a diverse
population
--- Charting Experience : epic
--- Unit Information : Med Surg and Critical Care Clusters- all
inpatient units- Layered Model working in tandem with RN Team for
Discharge planning
--- Patient Ratio 8-20 per day based on acuity of patientsAbout GQR
