Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Hospice for a travel nursing job in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel Case Manager can expect to see 20-30 patients per week. Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include (but not limited to): CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, ostomy care, labs, IV infusion, etc.
  
  Support Team:Manager/Supervisor, Lead, Scheduler
  
  Any color scrub acceptable but must be appropriate/professional.
  EPIC/Computer charting, Laptop, Sapphire IV pumps.
  Traveler must provide their own transportation to/from all patient visits.
  
  CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
  - 1 year Home Health RN Experience
  - active state RN license and BLS (AHA)
  
  Skills required: Wound care, including wound vacs, pleural drains, ostomy care; peripheral blood draws, central line care, IV administration through multiple devices including elastomeric and IV pumps, excellent assessment skills, experience with computer documentation
