Job Description:

A company is looking for a Content Developer for Selling Partner Support SOP.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Associates
.Execute requests for new SOPs related to store launches and improve existing documentation
Collaborate with Program Managers and process owners to gather necessary information for documentation

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience in editing, writing, or proofreading documentation
Experience using a content management system
Basic understanding of DITA, HTML, and XML
Experience managing complex content projects
Experience writing for localization
