A company is looking for a People Business Partner - Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build partnerships with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Support talent acquisition, performance management, and team member development efforts
Monitor key People metrics and provide insights and recommendations to leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting high volume business units
Basic understanding of HR principles or practices
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
