Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Business Partner to shape and
support people and culture strategies aligned with business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies
and workforce planning
Guide performance management processes and foster a
high-performance culture
Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues and
organizational effectiveness initiatives
Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in People, with at least 3 years as a
People Business Partner or Generalist
A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree in relevant fields
is a plus
Proven experience in HR transformations and strategies supporting
organizational goals
Deep knowledge of employment-related laws and HR best practices
across the employee lifecycle
Experience with a non-exempt population is a plus
