across the organization. In the Credit Analyst Program, trainees
will participate in a 5-month program and receive training that
will set the foundation for a banking career with Associated Bank.
Training will consist of credit risk analysis, a review of other
elements of general business risk, accounting, corporate finance,
cash flow analysis, underwriting, financial modeling, valuation,
business writing, and exposure to available banking products.
Trainees will gain an in-depth understanding of portfolio
management and end-to-end underwriting of credit transactions with
a primary focus on Business banking lines.This person will:---
Learn and understand Associated's credit approach and underwriting
process, as well as spread and analyze financial data.--- Begin to
conduct the analysis and underwriting of existing and new credit
transactions, in preparation to monitor and manage a loan
portfolio.--- Learn and understand Associated's lending cycle and
the wide range of banking products we provide to our customers and
prospective customers.--- Prepare to help companies analyze their
capital structure and financial needs in order to help develop and
recommend financial solutions.--- Understand Associated's value
proposition and the benefit of relationship banking.--- Participate
in a structured mentorship program and attend networking events
with peers and executives.--- Attend development workshops, skills
training, and receive regular feedback to support your growth and
performance.--- Receive comprehensive performance feedback,
focusing on personal and professional development.Review the

Accounting, Economics or Finance, Required.Experience--- Less than
