In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills, in-depth knowledge of company services, and compassion for others to build relationships with our customers. WHAT WE OFFER

* Base $17.50 per hour + commission!
* Set schedule! Monday to Friday 8am-5pm plus every third Saturday 8am-noon

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
* Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
* Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
* Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
* Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
* Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
* All other duties as assigned

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug test
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
* At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
* Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
* Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
* Good grammar, voice and diction
* Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
* Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
* Able to perform basic business math
* Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values
