of the DS Supervisor review, prepare, send or delivery of mail
correspondence/documents in a timely manner. Pre-screen assistance
and Release of Liability applications and work with the customer to
complete required documentation. Submit PMI and GSE claims in a
timely and accurate manner. Complete weekly and monthly reporting
and identify account information for accuracy. In order to ensure
compliance with State, Federal, Regulatory, Investor and Bank
guidelines and timelines activate accounts into the appropriate
status, compile and maintain accurate records to document the
processes. Work with Attorneys, Appraisal Companies, Title
Companies, investors, PMI networks and customer as applicable.
Address customer questions through phone calls, E-mail, and
standard mail as applicable. This position relates to and can be
performed in Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Consumer
non-real estate, Equity or REO/Claims functions within the Asset
Recovery department.Training for this position is onsite in Stevens
Point, WI. Opportunity to move to a hybrid working model is
optional after training period. This Default Services Technician
role with Associated Bank will support the Loss Mitigation team who
focus on assisting customers facing financial hardship remain in
their homes. This person will:
- Connect with customers to gather financial information to
develop the best possible plan
- Assist the Loss Mitigation Coordinators with interdepartmental
communication on deadlinesQUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience, Required.
- 2-4 years office, banking or customer service experience,
